I was assisted by Ash. Ash demonstrated a high level of customer service, was courteous and attentive but not at all pushy. Ash had good eye contact and body language and made sure I had all the relevant information to make the right choice. Dreams was recommended to me by my son who also found the service excellent. I have been training people in customer service for over twenty five years. Ash is an excellent example of customer service at its best.
