We entered the store and a very helpful member of staff. Explained the machine that measures for the right mattress. When this was done. Excellent idea by the way. He showed us every mattress that was available in the option we were advised. We agreed on one and ordered it. Brilliant from start to finish. We would highly recommend the service we got was very good without being pushy.

The sales assistant Arfan at the Sloughs branch, was very helpful, overall the help with making a decision on purchasing a bed frame and mattress was satisfactory.

The lady shop assistant was competent and understood my requests/needs immediately. She explained the products in detail and it helped me to make up my mind in a very short time. She introduced additional products and explained the benefits if I purchased them. Very efficient!

Customer service we received was excellent

The staff at Dreams in Slough were absolutely wonderful and honestly could not have done a better job if they tried. We were given hot drinks on arrival and were invited to try out different mattresses. I especially liked the sheets of paper we were given to lie on with each bed, standard infection control measures like that were really appreciated. I've never bought a new mattress before and this was a genuinely good experience.

Because Melissa, was absolutely brilliant, took great care in what I needed and went that extra mile to get the right bed and mattress for me, what great customer service she had, I came out very happy customer.
