Dreams - Slough

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a warm smile from Arjun. I walked in with an idea in mind of what i wanted but i was so shocked by the choice that i got confused. Arj sensed this straight away and explained the colours to me with such great clarity and knowledge that even I could understand it all, I felt like a bed expert! He was funny and charming the entire way, even to the point where I didnt feel strange having a conversation as I was lying down on a mattress, something i felt very uncomfortable doing at other bed shops. After finding my 'colour' he showed me a few mattresses and just when i thought he was gonna try push me to make a choice he left me to try them out in my own time whilst still being in earshot to asnwer any questions. He even made me a hot chocolate! I would never dream of spending this amount anywhere else but the sincerity in his voice convinced me to invest in a mattress that I knew would be right for me and last a very long time. He was relaxed, charming and funny throughout the entire process and even made me laugh as I left the store, I genuinly sat in my car and smiled the whole way home. Exceptional Customer Service!!!

I am highly satisfied due to the fact of the friendliness of your staff swell as the help that was provided, within the first few minutes i was approached by a member of staff named ash who helped me chose the best bed for me he also helped answering all my questions with much confidence i will definitely be using dreams in the future and would recomend to a friend.

Assistance was immediately available when I walked in the store. The staff member Katie at the Slough branch was really knowledgeable, patient and really easy to talk to. Excellent support from her.

Ash was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic to make sure we had excellent service. We had previously been to 2 other bed shops with terrible service. We felt we knew more about the mattresses than the shop assistants there so it was so refreshing to have Ash who was cheerful, friendly and knew what we were looking for and what was available. The displays were clearly marked by the colours and a good display to show the different types of mattress coils/springs. A thoroughly pleasant experience!

Ash was extremely helpful. He has great customer service and interpersonal skills. I visited the store for the second time and again he was professional and answered all of our questions before we decided on making a purchase. We went ahead and bought a bed frame, mattress and the assembly option and received a little discount as well as being offered a cup of tea and chocolates. Really felt at home. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.
