The gentleman serving us actually listened to what we wanted we had gone to other stores before hand and they wanted to show us the most expensive items and didn't listen . I found the sales person got the job done he was fast and efficient as we knew what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay .

The level of Customer service at the Slough branch was very pleasing. They offered hot drinks on both occasions we visited the store and the staff were all pleasant. Noor dealt with our order on both occasions and she knew her product knowledge. She was friendly and professional, a real credit to the store.

The phone was answered quickly by Noor when I rang the store to see if the products I was interested in were on display in the shop. Noor answered my initial queries very well on the phone and when I came to visit the shop she was expecting me and came straight over to help me. The rest of the staff were also very helpful; one made me a coffee as I waited to place the order and Noor asked the manager to demonstrate how to construct the sofa bed when it arrives, by using the display model, which was really helpful. The delivery timescales were also much better than I had expected.

You are one of the few places in the country that stocks these mattresses, we had travelled a long way to see them in reality and importantly try them out. The manufacturers 100 day refund our money if not completely satisfied also encouraged us offered in your store and not others also helped.
