Ash was very good, knowledgeable and friendly.

We were served by Movin Morris who was very happy to answer our questions and came across as a very professional person who know the items well and comunicated well.

Quick response from member of staff, who did not mind how many questions we asked and gave us helpful advice. He was very knowledgeable of all the products in the store.

It was easy and simple transaction on such an important piece of bedroom furniture and governed by a competent member of staff.

sales assistant was very charismatic and helped me and my partner find the perfect bed and mattress. He also offered us a hot drink to make us feel very comfortable.

Katie was really lovely, she instantly came over to see if we needed any help but wasn't pushy at all. She gave me lots of info to help me make my decision. She gave me pillows to test the mattresses out and advised me to take my coat off and have a really good lay down which I really appreciated. Also got me a nice cup of tea! She then left us to it - not being too overbearing.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us to find exactly what we were looking for.
