Dreams - Slough

Having gone to Dreams to by a mattress for my son, we were surprised buy the time and patience the store representative gave us (especially my 7 year old son). we were not rushed or pressured in any way. and to top it all off they had the mattress in stock and we could take it away with us. The best bit for me is my son has slept better for the last few nights and now loves going to bed.

We were approached by Ash in the Slough store as soon as we entered. He was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Great customer service.

Arjun was amazing. He was knowledgable, patient and easy to get on with.

Friendly staff, catered to my kids new bed needs (including new pillow). He really enjoyed his shopping experience.

The assistant explained everything about the different colours etc, but he was not too overpowering so that I felt I had to buy something. In fact, I didn't buy on my first visit, I went home and mulled it over then went back later that afternoon

I knew roughly what i wanted, and when, and your staf ensured that i got what i wanted and when.

Greeted on entrance. Was nice to just be shown what I was asking for rather than being offered to buy additional items . Prices were very reasonable.

The staff at your slough store were amazing very efficient and nothing was to much trouble. With not just the help of one member of staff but overall three helped us out (Darren,Arj and Ash)
