As a business owner I am always interested in the quality of service and quality of sales staff. Ash was immediately attentive from the moment I entered the store. I had a budget of £250 in mind for the matres in my spare room; Ash effortlessly up sold me to £360, for a superior product. Jess provided me with an amazing coffee and Ash also talked me through all the warranty and pillow options, which I declined as I have lots of pillows and do not require a warranty. I left the store delighted that I did not take the first left on the A4, which would have led me to the inferior Benson beds. the service and coffee were so good, I stayed for a second coffee once I had made my purchase. Really friendly staff, not intrusive but I knew they were there for me when I needed. Were brilliant with my children and went the extra mile to make us all feel welcome, comfortable and not hassled which meant we we able to browse at our leisure and then ultimately make the purchase when we were ready.

We met a lovely lady called Jess she was so hopefully and knowledgeable about the beds. We need a bed for our son who is 14 and she took us around the store and showed us some options and the headboards too. She was so nice and everything was done so quickly and our bed will be on 16th February which was much quicker than anticipated.

Katie came to us the minute we walked in the store to see if we needed help or advice.. We told her what we wanted and she knew straight away what mattress would meet our needs. We tried out several found the one we liked and then made a purchase.

On entering the store I was greeted by Ash who asked what I was looking for and started to show me the item's that I requested he was very good at his job I was offered a coffee and as I only lived a few hundred yards from your store he offered to carry the item to my flat because I had a bad hip and was a pensioner the service I received was great.

Morris greeted use to explain how the shop was set out and was very helpfull gave us lots of information and was not feeled presured or rushed in to buying anything. Even made me a hotchololate.

Ash, who served us was very informative and helpful, he was very perceptive to our requirements and offered helpful and sensible advice. he also showed concern for the overall appearance of our new bed in our bedroom. He was also very helpful with sorting out our delivery to adapt to our movements.

I enjoyed my trip to your store and received help with placing my order with your most knowledgeable and polite staff member Ash. I am disabled and was looked after very well and I enjoyed the cup of tea offered to me on my visit.
