Customer service was excellent from all staff from the minute we walked through the door. The store was clean and well laid out. We actually enjoyed the experience and as both my husband and I hate shopping this is really saying something. Noor made the rather tedious finance process very pleasant as she is so personable and offers of coffee from all staff was much appreciated.

The lady who helped us (Katie) and the young man who was new and learning on the job were both very competent and helpful without being pushy.

Store manager Daz and his assistant Stefan(?) demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout our visit. Knowledge of products and customer care both brilliant. The hot chocolates were also the best that I have tasted for a long time.

Staff were friendly, available, knowledgable and approachable. The service was smooth and dealt within a good timely manner.

Excellent assistants given by Ash very knowledgeable and friendly,let us make up our own minds about the products shown no pressure towards any product.

Ash salesman was very knowledgable and gave us the time needed to come to a decision.

Noor and Morris served us over a couple of visits they were helpful, informative and friendly and very efficient in taking our order
