It’s all down to the sales person weather your experience is going to be good or bad or weather your going to purchase the item. I wanted the item and the sales person had enough experience to convince me and sell the item. Arfan was brilliant, had patience and knowledge about the item. Very good salesperson.

My main reason is that the staff were all so friendly. A friendly personality makes a sale and the staff in the Slough were such a lovely bunch. Their knowledge was thorough. They were not pushy nor have me the stress that I had to buy something today. All this made my experience wonderful and I was so happy and relaxed.
