I was highly satisfied on my visit to Dreams as we were approached as soon as we arrived by a very lovely gentlemen named Morris. He helped explain which mattress were best and this was very helpful as we were clueless as this is the first time we are purchasing beds. We then experienced the tempur experience by being shown the room and having a lie down on the mattress and watching the video which really gave us a full insight to what tempur is all about. We then chose our beds and mattresses with ease. Then the purchase was very quick and efficient and we were very appreciate as Morris stayed past closing time to ensure everything went through smoothly. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future if we need to purchase more beds.

Very pleasant experience at your Slough store today. Katie served us today and was very helpful and knowledgeable showing us all our options including prices. There was no hard sell, we went away had a coffee before making our final choice, customer service at it's best, very refreshing, thank you.
