Ash was very attentive but he realised that we needed to be left alone to discuss between ourselves for a few minutes - however, as soon as we needed assistance he came straight back to us He was also very good with my father in law who is almost blind and quite deaf Having a coffee was a really nice touch Ash is an asset and we will be back when we need new beds specifically because he made the experience a very pleasant one

As I entered the Store Ash was friendly and positive, he offered support, but also gave me time to look around. He was patient with me as I swapped my mind on numerous occasions, but didnt push me either way. My kids and I loved the Tempur demo - which actually drove me towards that mattress where origionally I was not opting for that style. We were offered drinks on numerous occasions and felt very comfortable. One thing I joked about was getting a cookie machine like they have in furniture village, my children always want to go in there for a cookie and I end up buying a sofa that I hadnt any intention of doing - so ways to draw families in to your store is always good. I am really pleased I visited Dreams and look forward to getting my mattress on saturday!

I went into the store initially just to have a look around and i was immediately greeted by Ash. I told him what i was looking for and we went round looking at options. He drew up a quote for me and explained financing options. I didnt purchase straight away but i came back on saturday and asked for Ash as he was very helpful on my first visit, whilst i waited for him i was offered a drink by one of the other staff memebers. When Ash came to meet me he remembered what we had spoke about on my first vist and just picked up where we left off i finalised my decision and made my purchase. I was very happy with the whole experience, its my first time buying a bed your store and Ash made it an easy and seamless process i would definitely return in the future.

From entering the store we were greeted by a very friendly smiley katie. I advised i was not interested in a spring only mattress so was taken directly to the combination mattresses and foam. Katie was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to answer all questions and queries quickly and professionally. Within 5 to 10 minutes we had found the perfect mattress.The whole experience went smoothly. We even ended up buying some extras to go with the new Mattress. New pillows and duvet for half price and a mattress topper free. I couldn't be more happy with the purchase, discount and service I recieved. The credit check and payment were painless with Katie running through everything informing us of the small print etc so we had a clear view of what was happening. I was delighted to be able to pay for the purchase over a 10 month interest free payment plan. I can't explain how happy I am. Also with free delivery !! Katie also offered to help us out to the car with the extras we had bought which I found a great finish to an excellent customer experience. I will be quick to refer friends and family to dreams and to Katie for the great service.

Ash Kumar was so helpful with us explaining different types of beds and mattresses and asking us to try them out. He made us feel so welcome in the store offering us tea / coffee or a cold drink. Ash is very professional in his job and is passionate about working for Dreams.

We were served by sales assistant Noor, from the minute we walked in she was so friendly, explained how the store was located, asked us what we were looking for and then gave us time to look around. Noor product knowledge was very impressive and in the end was the reason we bought from Dreams and not one of the other retailers. Well done to Noor!
