Excellent service,ease of purchasing knowledgeable staff, very proficient in all aspects, Ash was top draw as our previous visit

Ash was vert professional, also offered me and my Mrs a drink which was a nice touch. Didn't try overselling to us, just tailored our needs

The sales associate (Jess - Slough Branch) was extremely friendly, conscious of our needs and budget, highly knowledgeable (especially for a new starter), used her own experiences to relate to the clients (US). So an overall very good experience and her up-selling was fluid and had reason behind her recommendations.

Darren the store manager was very knowledgeable about the products available and wasn't pushing the most expensive products. Also, he spent time allowing me to try out various products and explaining the different qualities. Morris was very efficient in drawing up my order confirmation and making sure I was aware of what the contact entails.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. All the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. We were able to try out several mattresses before finding the one we wanted. We were not rushed. We were offered refreshments and felt welcomed. We were amazed how quickly we would receive our goods. Thank you!

I was treated like a valued customer and the assistant (Morris) listened to exactly what I wanted. I changed my mind on a couple of things and he accepted my decision without trying to sell me what I didn't want. I really appreciate it when a salesman doesn't try the hard sale, if he had I would have walked out, as it was I spent almost £3000 as he didn't put any pressure on me
