Dreams - Slough

When entering the shop, we were greeted with a friendly face from Jessica and asked if we would like some help. We were just looking at first but then had some questions. Jessica was on hand and very helpful. Her product know!edge was excellent. We were more than satisfied with the service we received from Jessica and would recommend her to be "employee of the month". We would definitely recommend Dreams.

We were greeted at the door immediately with a smile and a welcome and the offer of assistance. It was evident Ash knew what he was talking about. He listened to our criteria and showed us our options. He did not "push" items that we had not specified in our criteria but rather when asked gladly explained other options available. It did not feel like we were being coerced into buying something we didn't want (which is often the case at furniture shops).

Noor at your Slough branch was extremely helpful and efficient

Noor, our sales assistant, was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and listened to what we were looking for. She guided us well to make a suitable choice and was supportive but also gave us space to try out mattresses and think about our purchase. Noor sold us a mattress earlier this year and we were so impressed first time around with her service we went back to her for this purchase.

I had been to another Dreams store (Loudwater) where the customer service from 2 out of the 3 that we had seen was absolutely awful. Stefan at Slough was superb in comparison and listened to what we wanted and then offered us what we needed, as opposed to products that we did not want or need.

Ash was very pleasant and willing to help. Understood our needs and was happy to assist and recommend items accordingly. Would definitely recommend the store to family and friends

We are very pleased with the salesperson Ash very polite and knowledgeable about the bed that we have ordered, If at any time in the future we decide to purchase another bed this store would be the one we would use and would hope Ash would be the person to assist us all though we have thanked him and rest of staff for there courtesy

Very friendly- really nice team

This has been my first ever visit to Dreams, been to all the other bed stores but nothing compared to my visit today. I came to the store and was greeted by the most friendiest staff member 'Ash' he asked what my requirements/price were and took me around all the beds that he thought was suitable. Even though we came both came before closing time we were not rushed what so ever and Ash even stayed well over his finishing time! Thank u for that! There was sooo many options to choose from but he recommended the best bed for us. We only came in for 1 bed but we ended up buying 2 top of the range beds with top of the range Tempur mattresses & pillows we ended up spending £8100!! The store manager 'Abdul' was also very helpful and very informative, they both explained the T&C's clearly and we left very very satisfied!! Would definitely recommend them both to our family and friends!!! GREAT SERVICE from both of them!!! Can't wait to get our beds!!! Thank u Ash!!
