Dreams - Slough

Advisor was very good, let is be when needed but available when we had questions on products and availability.

During my visit to dreams I was very pleased with the service I was given and the staff very polite, warming and friendly. They asked some questions and directed me to what I was looking for and talked through the options clearly so that I could understand. They were very good at answering my questions and helping me through my descions.

We had recently bought a bed elsewhere which had been a nightmare from start to finish, to which we then returned for a full refund. We had been given the wrong advise. We had a completely different experience at Dreams, the advisor helped us pick the right bed for us - allowed us time to lay on different types of bed, in consideration that I am also pregnant, until we were sure we had found the right one for us. Brilliant!

I am happy that I got bed and mattress for reasaonable rate and customer service was very good

I was pleased with how easy it was to find the product I wanted. I found the salesman helpful but not at all pushy. It was a easy stress free experience.

Ash (Slough branch) was very friendly and helpful; he is excellent at his job.

Jess helped us find our sofa bed and showed us exactly how to transform it into a bed and put it back to a sofa. She left us to speak in private and told us she would be downstairs if required. We felt no pressure to purchase this item.

How quickly the service and placing the order took plus all the advise given on delivery and services available

My visit to the Slough store was a productive experience. Both Ash and Katie could not of been most helpful and very informative in helping to choose the right mattress. Was given time to experience the different mattress without any pressure to get a sale.

Excellent service from Morris, Left a meeting to come and help us. Kept The purchase within our price bracket even after he explained the various options available to us.
