WAS GREETED BY WARM AND FRIENDLY ASH. HE WAS GOOD AT HIS JOB AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. HE GAVE GOOD ADVICE ON BEDS SUITABLE FOR MY NEEDS AND HELPED TO TO MAKE WHAT I BELIEVE WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, A GOOD RANGE OF BEDS WAS AVAILABLE TO TRY. WOULD HAVE BEEN A PERFECT VISIT IF I COULD HAVE HAD THE BED DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. :)

May I praise your customer advisors Ash and Katie from Dreams in Slough. They are an asset to your organisation. I was very impressed with their knowledge, willingness to help, pre empting my needs and a lovely warm friendly smile. They made me feel at ease and were no way pushy as one might experience in other rival stores. I felt I was in control at all times and heard. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Abdul and Ash from the Slough Bath Road store. They were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They were both highly attentive to my needs and went 'above and beyond' to help. As far as I'm concerned, they are the 'dream duo' at Dreams!

Morris was extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable about the products. The store was at closing time but he never rushed us to make any decisions quickly. He was happy to answer all questions. Really pleased with the service and once received the order I could comment further.

From start to end our service assistant, Noor, was fantastic. Her friendly, yet not over-powering approach, professional approach was refreshing as was the friendliness of all staff we interacted with during our 2 hour visit. Noor was attentive, had excellent product knowledge and great customer service skills. Her suggestion to try out the Tempur 8 minute experience was very welcome as it’s not something we would have otherwise tried. Noor was there when we needed her yet equally gave us space when we needed it. She excelled and her guidance and questioning to help us choose the right product is what secured today’s order, coupled with the range of finance options for our considered purchase.
