Dreams - Slough

Noor from the Slough Dreams store was great - she greeted us when we first went into Dreams, she also helped us choose a mattress and bed and was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and beds - she was able to answer all our questions confidently and had a nice approach and attitude. We were pleased with the service we received.

The reason I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams was due to the assistant Morris he took the time to explain the benefits of buying the Tempur Cool touch Contour Elite 25D Mattress he was also very friendly he also made me realise the important of spending money on a good mattress as we spend a good part of our lives in bed it also helped laying on the demo bed that was very helpfull to me as I wanted to have the same experience in my own home, hence the reason I bought the Mattress.

We were made welcome, provided with the information we needed and then allowed to browse uninterrupted until we had made up our mind what we wanted to order. We were then helped to place the order and arrange delivery for our chosen day.

There was a very large choice of mattresses at different prices according to specification and quality. The Assistant (Mr. Ash Sohanta) was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in guiding me to the correct purchase for my needs and budget.

Great service and sorted out everything we wanted fast and efficiently.

The store was very clean and tidy, it was easy to walk around and trial the mattresses we liked, we were not rushed and were given all the information we needed to make a decision. Noor was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
