Dreams - Slough

Friendly welcoming staff who knew their products...asked us what we were looking for and didn’t pressurise us whither we made our decision. There was no rush and we were offered coffee while we made our selection

I went in to Dreams to get a quote on a mattress. We were approached straight away by an employee called Katie and her service from there was faultless. She helped us select the perfect mattress, which is not easy to find between me and my boyfriend, and gave us time to try out each one with information on them all. We went through all the pros and the cons of each and every mattress and bed and she really took her time to help us, without being overbearing and too "salesy". She was very chatty and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, so much so I actually ended up purchasing both the mattress and a brand new bed. I would highly recommend Katie and the dreams in Slough to anyone, especially for the fantastic customer service, which is often so hard to find nowadays! 10/10

Found what I was looking for and Ash was great. Having visited bed and sofa shops all day, Ash was the first person actually willing to help. He helped us imagine the size of my room with a measuring table and props, I was able to imagine what the bed would look like once it was in. This was the main reason I bought the product as he put in that extra effort to help me make a decision.

I expressed interest, was given advice and placed the order straightaway.

The staff at this store were very friendly and professional and most of all we all had a good laugh and I was delighted with the service I received.

Good range of mattresses and very knowledgeable staff.

Assistants were very friendly and had good knowledge of the products. Sales people were available when help was needed, but not too pushy, when looking at beds initially ( which was good ). Lots of beds to try ( would have been useful to have a few more in the different firmness ratings). Good selection of accessories ( pillows , covers etc ). Coffee / hot chocolate most welcome.
