I placed my order with Katie in slough yesterday she was not there when I arrived so another member of staff got me a coffee straight away until Katie got there all of the staff was very friendly and helpful Katie was great.ian dixon

We were served by Katie who was absolutely fantastic! We needed to buy 4 beds and had bespoke requirements, but she was very patient and extremely polite with us. She negotiated a fantastic and her customer facing skills we’re exemplary. She is a true asset to your company!

We were highly satisfied with our Dreams experience. Ash, who helped us, was exquisite. He was very familiar, kind, helpful and he gave us the mattress of our dreams. He really is a great asset to the store and we think anyone who has a person like him working in their store, should praise themselves as very lucky! We’ll definitely visit dreams back, not only for the quality of the products, but also because of the quality of the coworkers.

I found Arfan most helpful with my enquiries over the telephone, which made me decide to visit Dreams, rather than two other large stores that I had called. Then Ash, who was so professional. Both gentlemen were kind, courteous, approachable and had empathy with their customers. You are lucky to have them and they do your company proud! Rang Ash earlier today as I had a problem re delivery (my husband has lung cancer and I needed to cancel, as we'd received an appointment this morning with the hospital). Ash could not have been more kind and understand. In fact his warmth brought a couple of tears to my eyes! Many thanks to them!
