Dreams - Slough

As soon as we walked in to the store , Ash kindly greeted us and made us feel very comfortable. He asked us what we were looking for and instantly guided us in the right direction. We used the sleep machine to determine which mattress was best for us , after that Ash took us around the store and pointed out what was most recommended. Without Ash’s knowledge we would have been clueless and were very happy he was there to help us make the perfect decision. Ash is very bubbly , informative and friendly.

Mellissa was fantastic to understand my need, and what I was expecting, gave to enough time to going through, very patient, very polite, smooth talker, and impressive sales skills.

Ali from the Slough store was great, he showed us a number of different options as we were looking for a particular type of mattress as our budget was on the lower end i knew it maybe difficult as all our other previous mattresses have been over £1000 and we only had a budget of around £350ish to find a combination double. He showed us and allowed us to sample anything he may think we would like. Even taking some of the clearance mattresses and putting them in the bed frames for us to sample as my wife was pregnant and could not get down to sample. We returned twice to the store initially as it was the 1st store we looked and still needed to shop around and secondly one of the mattresses made our shortlist. In all honestly the mattress we preferred was actually from a competitor furniture village but their customer service was non existent felt like we were treated like 'time wasters'. The main reason we purchased was because Ali spent time with us and managed to find us something under our budget and made the deal even sweeter by adding pillows and a duvet which was great.

The lady who helped us was extremely helpful. She took time to understand our needs and gave us time to decide on the product .

From the moment we stepped into the store to the finalisation of our order we were highly satisfied with the friendly and professional service we received. We were warmly welcomed into the store, we were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the store and the Covid polices in place, the range of products available and the complete understanding of our needs by the sales assistant. We were given time to try out the mattrasses, the range was wide but the sales assistant directed us to the most suitable products that would meet our needs. At no time did we feel rushed or pressurised into making a decision. We left the store having completed our order very satisfactorily. We will definitely return to the store.
