I purchased over two visits with a total spend of £2800. On both visits, I was approached by well educucated employees that knew their products and took note of my requirements. 1st Sales person, Morris 2nd Sales person, Ash

Ash/advisor well presented, product knowlege was delivered confidently. He appreciated and projected himself well with the vunerable adult making the purchase. He is a credit to the organisation. Thank you Ash for making this purchase smooth. Well done.

From the moment we entered the shop we were shortly greeted by ash/abdul asking if we required assistance. Gave us time to lye on beds. No pressure. No sales rapp. Offered as drinks and carefully listened to our needs and answered our questions. Ash was so sentive to our needs as i was buying bed due to surgery. He was so sympathetic and even gave me a hug at the end and wished me speedy recovery. Very personal service and touched my heart. This is why i choose dreams and bensons for beds. Dreams employees knew their products off the top of their head and offered flexability on deliverly due to my length of stay in hospital. You could tell Abdul was a manager from his professionalism.

We went to Dreams for a new mattress. Served by Ash. He was a pleasure to deal with - patient, informative, in depth knowledge of products available. He made sure we tried different types of mattress and wanted us to be confident with our choice. He introduced us to some fabulous pillows too - thanks Ash - we didnt realise how much we needed them!

Ash helped my family & I today. He was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable & made us feel at ease. He was helpful but didn’t pressurise us in any way & tried to make sure we got what we wanted specific to our needs.
