Excellent attention to detail. Very knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed, it was a pleasure to deal with this great member of staff. We would definitely go back to purchase our beds from Dreams again.

It was an easy place to find what I wanted to look at and a member of staff pointed us in the right direction as soon as we got there. We were then offered a warm beverage when we got there, the staff weren’t pushy or in your face all the time and overall it was an easy purchase.

I think the sales person was amazing, I think his name was Amur or similar. He gave us great advice, time to choose and excellent service

Morris was there to help me when I arrived. The store was well presented and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was shown the bed and everything about it was explained to me. Morris was very good at processing my order, fast and efficient and gave me all the information i needed to know. He was a very polite and patient with me, offering me refreshment and answering all my questions. I highly recommend Dreams and Morris is a great attribute to the company and the Slough branch. I had an urgent requirement for the furniture as i am moving home and the guidance assistance and facilitation given at store by SAAZ was really fantastic. I was not hoping to get the selection and order done so quickly. I could find a good range of products with care plans and free delivery and assembling option at home is really a value added service offered with the products. I am really impressed with the business model adopted by Dreams.

Abdul Muhammad our server had excellent knowledge on each of the products we asked questions about, the service was to the highest, upon welcoming us he offered us a hot drink which made us feel very welcome. the store was easy to navigate around. overall the experience was exceptional.

First visit to this shop. I was concerned about being approached once entering the shop however, Noor was not intrusive at all.
