Good service

The Customer Service was excellent, we were welcomed and everything was explained about the layout of the store. Once we had chosen our bed a representative placed our order quickly and went through our order to ensure everything was correct.

As soon as we entered Dreams we were very warmly welcomed by staff and found assistance straight away. We were helped by Ash who offered us tea and coffee and we explained what we were looking for and he showed us the best options within the store. He helped us pick out the perfect mattress and even spoke to my parents in Punjabi to make them feel at ease. We purchased that mattress today and are very happy with the purchase!

Friendly helpfully staff. Good product knowledge and amediate assistance when we required it. A bonus would be that staff offer you tea and coffee refreshments. Would recommend to family and friends.

The fourth time I've purchased from this store. Abdul and Ash offered great service. I had purchased a Vi Spring in the Harrods sale which will now be cancelled as I've purchased a Flabby mattress from dreams. Both were very knowledgeable and offered 5 star customer service, highly impressed.

We were greeted by Ash and served by Abdul. Abdul is a very good member of staff and both my husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received. He was very thorough with the information provided and answered every one of our questions fully. The service received from Dreams employee's makes you want to go back. Service with a smile, refreshments offered and always happy to help.

I went to the store to see and try the Eve mattress. The mattress was easy to find and was tested. I went straight to the order desks and glad to wait about three minutes before getting served by Ash. He was very efficient and the order was completed very quickly.
