I fully appreciated being shown clearly, the type if thing I was checking over - and then the assistant walked away giving my carer and myself time to discus and voice the merits of each item before choosing the one which seemed not only to fit my needs - but also my purse! The lady was very very helpful her name was Katie, she understood what I wanted understood I have my own style knew alot about the shades of colours what would go together well and what wouldn't and most importantly I felt that when she was showing me ideas she didn't push me into buying no pressure at all, very nice and helpful

Myself and my husband initially went just to have a look with no intention of buying straight away. We were greeted at the entrance by Katie who asked if she could help. Katie’s knowledge of the product her approachability and honesty of showing us alternatives was unique in itself. We purchased everything we were initially only planning on looking at. It was Katie’s non-pushy attitude, a genuine desire to make sure we got what we really wanted and friendly,lovely manner that definitely encouraged us to follow through with the sale at that time. Katie is a credit to Dreams and you are really lucky to have such a hard working, genuine employee.
