Excellent customer service. Once everything was explained selecting a product was a lot easier.

The sales assistant Noor was very friendly, helpful in assisting us in the mattress we wanted and answered all our questions, all with no pressure to actually make a purchase.

Ash was amazing with service and up sold us 4 beds total £11149 Good job can't wait for delivery

Morris, served us in store, very, very knowledgeable, on the product we were interested in, to the extent that we purchased, rather than going away and googling for a cheaper price!!!

Noor who served us was excellent, she helped last week with an introduction as to how the store worked and what the colours meant. Was very good at putting us at ease and then leaving us alone until we required support. This week she recognised us and worked hard to get the order completed and match the price we were quoted last week

Was left for a while to look around and then asked if I needed help. When I declined I wasn’t followed by assistant which I like because I don’t like to feel hounded in a store. When I did ask for help for help it was readily available.
