The shop assistant Morris provided a warm welcome as we entered the shop and showed us how the mattresses were catergorised. He asked the right questions to ascertain my requirements and let me experience the tempur sleep experience booth which ultimately led me on to purchase one of these products, I felt he provided assurance and information at the right level without appearing pushy and made the overal sale experience easy.

I was impressed with Katie's product knowledge and how she recommended the perfect mattress according to my needs. She went above and beyond by offering complimentary drinks and she Let us sleep on the mattress for an unlinited time to help us decide to buy. She was also not pushy and very friendly.

compared to my previous experience @ Dreams 2 years ago it is night & day! I came in with a different mind set having looked online. However on entering the store, I was gently led the new approach being informed of the colour coding of the type of mattresses and vary levels of comfort. I was also offered refreshment as space to gather and re-organise my thoughts in light of these new information. Overall, though I had planned a max budget of £350 I am equally and highly satisfied that spending the additional £100 is well worth it. I have contacted a very good friend who I hope will be visiting the store quite soon to make a purchase.

We were met at the door and offered assistance immediately by Shaz, he was extremely courteous and well informed. We were asked if we had any special needs, and once this was established, Shaz showed us three examples of what would be best for our needs. We tried three mattresses for comfort and settled on the middle choice which will be delivered in less than a week plus our old mattress will be taken away for proper disposal. We were also impressed with the warranty cover and agreed to purchase this. Great work Shaz, and Thank you for your help.
