Dreams - Slough

I was very satisfied with the Customer service. I was shown around by Noor at the Slough Dreams store, she was very polite and friendly. She seemed to have very good knowledge of the products in store. I would say that she was very helpful and gave me enough space to make my decision on buying a bed. Very good customer service. I believe you should reward her she is an asset to your store.

Initially greeted by a staff member who showed us the different type of beds then Morris (Slough) helped us with purchasing... Nice man, very friendly and informative.

Ash was helpful and recognised us as soon as we walked in (from a previous purchase). That made a big difference.

Katie was amazing, she has brilliant customer service and made our experience joyable. Her personality stood out and made us feel welcome.

The store is well placed and easy to access. We were met at the door and our requirements discussed. Products to suit were recommended and we bought them as it was a great deal.

Outstanding service on both visits. We were made very comfortable and given coffee without the usual sales pressure. Ash was friendly and knowledgeable and made our experience a pleasure.

The sales assistant Ash was more than helpful he was knowledgeable and very proficient at helping us find what we were after. He was able to help us choose the correct mattress and made us feel welcome and offered us tea and coffee and even some of his lunch. He didn't rush us and told us to take our time as he wanted us to be happy as he knew we had problems with a simba mattress we purchased last year from furniture village. We eventually chose our purchase a complete bed and mattress as it made more sense financially and he explained everything and made sure we were 100% happy with everything with no pressure at all and then made the sale. Overall I'm really happy we came to dreams.
