Extremely satisfied with Ash's help with our mattress, went above and beyond what he had to make sure we were happy. Greeted us straight away and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and guided us what mattresses would be suitable for our needs. Very happy with his service and will recommend this store to everyone.

Ash was excellent! Greeted at the door before showing us all of the different options available and giving us pillows to take around with us. He gave us the space to try out on our own and then based on our comments, suggested other options. His level of listening and expertise meant that his early recommendation turned out to be our final selection. Throughout the process, he kept checking in with us and we were offered refreshments. Excellent level of service without being pushy.

I have been searching for the right mattress for a while. Your colleague was great, approachable and attentive. I described what I was looking for and in which size. He was able to show me straight away and provide options.

Ash was very friendly & knowledgeable. He gave us the right amount of assistance, clear information about the products and also gave us time to test the mattresses and be sure of our decision. The provision of good pillows also really helped us and we were then able to also purchase the exact ones we liked. Coffee was great too ! Very happy with our experience of Dreams.

Katie from the Dreams team was so incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time going through the options with us until we settled on our final item. The shop was pleasantly busy with plent of staff on hand to help.

Very helpfull and friendly staff was very knolegable about the products and not to pushy with sales talk and we didn't feel pressured into buying some thing.
