Very high level of customer service given by Ash. Asked what our needs were and explained other options too, kept making us feel welcome by asking us for refreshments. We only came for a browse and a general idea of what to purchase and ended up spending 5 and a half grand!

No pressure was put on me while shopping for a bed. Felt relaxed. All my questions was answered. Free coffee was a plus. The lads in the shop were very helpful, and polite.

We were inprest with the demo bed that hleped us know what type of bed we needed.the lady new were to find the type of bed she was very helpful as we had a certain amount of money. We also had a hot drink given to us.

Buying the mattess was easier than we thought. Arfan helped us and answered every query well.

The gentleman who helped us was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the options and helped us choose a good mattress.

There was someone there to greet us. Helped us find the mattress we both needed using the sleeping gadget. We're helpful throughout. We left and returned to purchase. Did not feel too pressured. Extremely happy with the service.

Your shop sales person (Morris) was very knowledgeable and helpful. he gave us time to decide what we needed and with no rush. The completion of our order he went through every stage of the order, delivery and finance options so that we understood completly what we had purchased.

Good service and advice

I was accompanied by my mother on the visit and we were greeted by a cheerful young woman named Noor, who asked what it was I was looking for. She went through some options after mentioning the situation as well as fetching price ranges and options in terms of extras as we browsed. Making a decision was easy thanks to the clarity of the options and information provided, and everything was explained very well, and the check out process was simple as well.
