Katie the lovely assistant was so warm and friendly, made me a lovely cup of tea. She also spent time explaining everything and getting us to use the mattress machine to help us choose the best mattress for us. Explained the year warranty and extended warranty (which we purchased great value). Overall enjoyable purchase.

Initial use of the analytic bed to assess mattress requirements was a cool gimmick. Then the attention given by the assistant was very good.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very professional and welcoming member of staff, asked if I need any assistance and also helped me find the best product for me. Something in store so I could buy it immediately and quickly. Fantastic staff at the slough branch

Katie was very professional and very knowledgeable of all products and was outstandingly helpful in every way possible. Her cheery manner and outgoing personality made her a very professional employee. the whole buying process was made easy. We will defiantly recommend Slough Dreams to all our friends and family.

I had earlier visited Benson Beds and didn't feel welcomed in that store. I had come earlier into the dreams on the 3rd May, Katie had spent a considerable time explaining things to me. She was patient and not pushy. I didn't feel like she was trying to close a sale. I told her about some of concerns and she advised I came back with my partner so that we could make the best decision on the mattress together. It paid off we arrived together and Katie showed the same patience with us today which ended up with us buying the bed.
