Dreams - Slough

As soon as we entered the store Arfan was there to help pointing out the sections of the store we needed. He then went through various options of matching beds and mattresses. We were offered the use of the sleep machine. When we paced the order we were greatly assisted by Ash and Arfan

i went in with the knowledge that i knew what i wanted to look at was in store as i had seen this on line in advance. This pleased me. parking was free however time scaled (i was asked to leave my number plate in case) i experienced so many beds in the options i was looking at and done both the sleep match machine and the foam bed experience with the moving and vibrating bed......most relaxing and enjoyable......please sell the sleep match machine mattress...so comfy hahahaha. i know what i want when i shop i knew my criteria Noor knew how to help me and moved with my ideas as quick as i did. i explained the physical needs of our bodies (shes a nurse so this assisted in her understanding of what we wanted to support) Noor was quick thinking and encouraged us to use the full range. so bed protectors pillows and quilt purchased. even advised us on these and met all our needs. i enjoyed today, i feel i have actually made an investment for me and my aging body to be happier in something im going to spend so much time in hopefully....heres to comfort heres to a new way of sleeping. thank you dreams Noor is a great member of your team x

The selection of beds on display was fantastic. To be honest I came in convinced I needed a firm mattress and after Ash setting me up on your analysis machine it suggested a medium. The cool touch bed surface was something I didn’t realise existed and glad I’ve purchased this. Ash’s knowledge of product, energy and passion for sales is infectious. He really does your business proud. I appreciate him setting my mum up on the machine and will hopefully be back to buy her the correct mattress soon.

Ash in the store was brilliant. I was clear what I wanted from the start and he undrstood my requirements. He gave me the necessary information and he gave me a great deal. I had visited the Bristol Dreams store the week before and they were unable to offer me any sort of deal so I didn't buy, as I said I'd wait. However, in Slough it was totally different as Ash gave me an excellent discount. Also, the closing time was 7pm but Ash stayed to finish the order properly. He didn't rush us at all. Excellent customer service. I love the Tempur experience machine they have in the Slough store.

It was great to be helped by your knowledgeable staff member Noor, we used the bed testing machine and the Tempur video etc. excellent help. We soon found the bed we liked most, really nice to be offered a drink as well, thanks

Sales assistant (colleague) was really attentive, wasn't in a rush and explained everything in detail. The quality of Tempur products seems amazing, and based on the price it must be.

We would like to give a special mention and thanks to Ash and Arfan at the Dreams store in Slough. They went above and beyond to make us welcome and helped us find exactly what we needed to decorate the two bedrooms. It was easy and quick and these two members of staff were knowledgable and it felt as if we had known them for years - almost friends! Thank you SO much for you help.

Since we arrived to the store we were approached by the salesman Shaz, who was very polite, understood our needs and made the right suggestions. He wasn´t pushy, he gave us our space when we needed to think about the product and always around to see if we needed any further information. Looking forward to receiving our brand new mattress!

The staff (Movin Morris) was so helpful just like a friend or family, he has told us all the options which one is cheap and which one is quality product. I will recommend my friends and family to go there and meet him specially if they want to buy anything, he will take care of all what you are looking for. He is very good human being and I wish him best of luck for his carrier.
