Excellent service.. went looking for a mattress, kind of had an idea what i wanted. but wasnt sure. staff helped me out.. And showed me exactly what i wanted

As soon as we walked into the store we were approached by a lovely lady called Katie. She made the whole experience stress free considering we had our 4 year old son with us. She found out pur buying needs and budget and very highly knowledgeable. A true asset to the team!. Very happy overall.

Ash our sales advisor was amazing from start to finish

Very good customer service. Allowed us to look around and then helped without feeling pushy. Really nice experience and feel we got the correct item for the correct reasons rather than just randomly laying on beds and looking at prices. Free coffee was a nice touch.

Noor the assistant listened to me and understood my needs. She was very helpful and we found exactly what I was looking for.

Staff were attentive but didn’t pressure us. Sales rep (Ash) identified us from previous visit which was good. Transaction was done quickly and with no fuss

The lady who served us, Noor, welcomed us as we walked in the door. She offered us to use the virtual machine which was great. She helped understand the different mattresses. Her knowledge was very broad but she knew specifics about each offering. She was very friendly and professional. On top of all of this she also managed to entertain my 18 month old daughter. She was very mindful that in order for me to make a purchase I must be free to do so. I am really pressed with my purchase. Please say thank you to Noor.

Employee Arfan was great. Helped and explained a lot of the questions i had regarding mattress type and size. He was very to the point and gave us room and privacy to discuss to my parents when i needed to. He was always available and polite throughout

We had Katie in the Slough store helping us, she was absolutely fabulous. I am very fussy and a bit of an awkward customer im afraid, but Katie was so helpful, so friendly and just a great person to be around. Katie was also very patient as I changed my mind about 6 times on the bed, also very helpful and informative on all my questions, we took extra cover out on the bed under her advise as I explained about previous issues we had experienced with another furniture company. Very happy! Thank you Katie, you were a star!
