Dreams - Slough

As soon as we got there Ash was asking if wee needed any help or a cup of tea or coffe. He made the proses of buying very easy. Showed us the new fandangled machine to take our measurements and before we new it we were checking out some mattresses. We tried a few but chose the first one Ash recommended. We had What we came in for paid a deposit arranged a delivery time and we were done. Happy Days 10/10

Excellent service from Ash

The advisor was very helpful with everything. The shop floor was well layout with sign posted and it was easy to find the mattress I was looking for.

We used Dreams in the past and have always had great customer service. So we return to them every time we need any further beds or bedroom furniture. Affan from Slough spent a lot of time to make sure I received what I wanted. He even stayed past his finish time to help me out. Harry from Hayes is brilliant. He did not have what we wanted but spent hours to locate where the items were. The staff in both stores were very friendly and go out of their way to help the customers.

Morris was very helpful and showed us the correct products for back problems

We were served by Morris. My husband and I both considered his customer service to be excellent. Morris approached us when we came into the store and very patiently supported us throughout our whole visit (we were there 2 hours!) Morris supported us to try multiple mattresses (explaining pros and cons of each), to select a bed frame and to decide whether there were any additional things we needed alongside our order, eg pillows and a sheet. He helped us with the mattress testing machine, answered our questions and provided us with coffee, all the while being attentive but not pushy. As a result of Morris' customer service I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to a friend.

Ash was very easy to deal woth

We were greeted by Ash and another member of the team with a smile and left to have a browse before Ash cameover to ask if we needed help. He kindly offered us a drink and asked us what we were looking for. He showed us 3 different options based on what we wanted and what was within our budget to compare. He gave us time and space to talk about each option without feeling rushed or being pushed to choose one. Ash then kindly took us through the ordering process explaining each step clearly and quickly. Would definitely recommend Dreams and Ash to other people.

Katie the sales assistant was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and overall a very nice person

Excellent service from from a member of staff called Katie. She was very professional and customer focused. As well as patient and informative. I was impressed with the good quality of the mattress I bought, very happy. although one head board was not available
