Ash was very welcoming on arrival. He offered us drinks and listened to exactly what we wanted. I changed my mind many times. However, he was more than happy to help and show me all the different styles and was very friendly. I will definitely be back next week with my grandmother to get her a bed. I will be recommending my friends and family to come to this store and ask for Ash. Very happy with everything I got today. Thank You Ash.

We we’re served by Ash & Abdul they went through each of our needs. We have a family of 6 so each young adult had they own views in what they liked for a bed and comfort. Ash took time with each person giving them the opportunity to explore what they liked. No push sale. Offered cups of hot chocolate which I myself gave in to. I myself had just surgery last week was unable to walk around much. Was told to have bed rest lol. But believe it or not my first day out and was very restful as I put my feet up on the comfy beds and relaxed. Walked out high satisfied by 5 beds. Thank you Ash for the advise and setting up easy payment plan. Looking forwards to the delivery of our new beds in our new home. The Dream experience perfect.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a mattress meanwhile Ash came over and gave us a warm greeting. He asked us what are we looking for and introduced us to try on the "bed technology" (forgot the name of it ) to find out what kind of mattress will be suitable for us. As the result came out and he has shown us 3 different mattress, while we were trying it and he offered us refreshment . He explained the softness and hardness of the mattress and price range. in the end , we have decided which mattress to go for, Ash walked us to the desk and introduce Abdul to us. Abdul was giving us all the details of the payment and he is very friendly. Overall, we had a great experience in Dreams, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ASH AND ABDUL !
