Staff were friendly, made conversation, helpful, accomodating with yes, coffee ect ect hot chocolate in my case. Ash new what he was talking about. Overall, a nice experience.

The two sales persons l saw Shaz and Abdul were very helpful , knowledgeable friendly and not at all over pushy.They just wanted to make sure I got the right bed for me.Their helpful insight made it easy for me to choose the correct bed for me.

Lots of mattresses to choose, very good standard.

The salesman gave me a quick intro of the layout of the store and then let me browse. He gave me space to explore the store on my own but was in hand for questions. He didn't overpower me with talk or anything like that.

Shaz was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy

We loved the bed machine that told us what kind of matress would be good for us. Our salesperson Ash was fantastic, super helpfull, knowledgeable and made the tedious job of shopping for a matress enjoyable!

Ash was extremely supportive, helpful, knowledgeable and utterly made the experience a joy. He was patient supportive and even showed an understanding and patience with shopping with a 2 year old boy. He really went over and above to help us.
