We received excellent service from Abdul (Store Manager) and Arfan (Sales Assistant) at the Slough branch. Abdul was very friendly and personal, his explanation for each mattress was clear and concise in regards the different types of mattresses, natural vs synthetic materials. Then allowing us plenty of time to think about each mattress on which was most suitable for us and helped us with the final decision. Arfan was very pleasant, friendly and answered all our questions regarding the T&Cs. Excellent service and would recommend the Slough Dreams to all friends and family

As soon as we arrived in the store we were greeted and acknowledged in a very friendly manner, we were asked if we needed assistance and was guide to the demo matress in the window, were we got a good understanding of the difference types on offer. We were invite to try the automated sleep bed to find our ideal mattress. Once this was done we were then shown the types of bed that was recommended to try and help make our decision. Ash and Abdul was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable as well as offered us refreshments. Everything was explainef to the detail from the cost to the payment options and all the available additional assesories such as tempur pill We and cool pillows etc. I would like to say thank very much to Ash and Abdul for delivering a great experience to us during this purchase.
