I was highly satisfied with the services i got due to the professionalism displayed by the attendant who patiently enlightened me on the products and didn't waste time while placing the order. Moreover, the serentity and neatness of the environment made me comfortable throughout the period of transaction.

We were assisted by Morris. His product knowledge was excellent, he took time to understand what we were looking for and showed us alternatives to meet our requirements

The staff was very friendly and helped me out a lot with what I wanted to buy. Gave me good deals and I was very happy with my result

Shaz was very helpful and friendly. He didn't have an over bearing salesman attitude trying to get a hard sale. He was relaxed and helpful, asking us if we'd like a drink more than once...which we eventually did have and even that was a solid 9 out of 10. Very happy with the mattress I bought and the mattress test we did. Could clearly see the difference in comfort between the one I bought and others I was considering which were cheaper. Very happy with my purchase and the service given by Shaz.

Arfan was absolutely brilliant , a credit to your company . We were in store over two hours and at no time were we made to feel an inconvenience . Arfan was super knowledgable and took the time to explain all the different mattresses etc . He was non pushy , five star customer service , thankyou

Ash made us feel welcome and fully explain the different mattress types. We used the machine so he could show us all the products available in our price range and didn’t try and make us spend more than we wanted. I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by Ash who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and looked nice. I was able to learn about the options for mattresses and bed frames easily and was able to pay on the same day. Overall it was a very good experience.

Good quick service, but let down over delivery length

The experience me and my parter received when visiting the store was 10 out of 10. If not even better. We were greeted on arrival by Ash who was very pleasant. He offered us a drink (the hot chocolate was amazing) he then asked what we were specifically looking for. Once we explained he took us over to the machine which will advise what mattress would be beat for us. He then showed us around to all the beds which came up on the system. He let us try all the beds out and gave us as much time as we needed, I didn’t feel rushed at all which was really nice because it felt as though he was giving his time to us only. When we found the bed we loved he sat us down and explained how we could pay for it, what else we could get included and even though we spent a good hour in store it made it worth it as the customer service from Ash was amazing. Very professional and pleasant at all times. We walked away with new pillows, new mattress, new topper and 8 years guarantee! Overall a brilliant outcome which me and my partner both walked away very happy customers
