Arfan was the best sales man I have ever experienced. I’ve been to many bed shops over the last few days and he was by far the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable salesman.

I am highly satisfied due to the customer attention they give the feedback they provide and the quality of different things they explained to us highly professional Morris explained every thing clearly and according to our choice.

We were assisted by a salesman called Ash in the Slough store. He helped us to find our perfect bed for our new home. He was also very patient and understanding of our needs/requirements. A credit to have on the team and went above and beyond for us.

My wife and I were looking for a temporary mattress and headboard. On arrival we were greeted by Ash who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even when the product we wanted was out of stock (with no time on the system when it would be back in stock) he gave us several options as a replacement, and we ended up with purchasing a mattress and headboard the same day. All staff were very happy and seemed to be enjoying working together. I often complain about customer service in most establishments as most people these days do not seem to care about what they do or the service they give, I am completing this survey because it makes a refreshing change when you are greeted by friendly, happy and knowledgeable staff. Special mention to Ash he was brilliant!

Ash, who welcomed us at the entrance, was very attentive to our requirements throughout the visit and showed us and explained in detail the different options the store had to offer including payment options which we found extremely helpful
