Ash was amazing, patient and supportive. Allowed us time to decide and answered multiple, never ending question. He was great. Not pushy - available when we needed him

we have very specific requirements due to a muscle condition that makes finding the correct item difficult and time consuming, we received competent patient help from staff.

Ash was extremely helpful and professional. Offering us a hot drink and maintaining a respectful boundary - we did not feel like we were pounded on like many sales workers out there.

Ash, was the person who help us, we were looking for a bed for my mother who is 74 years old. She was told to lay down on the matters tester and we found the right match for here.

I went to Dreams in Slough today. When I walked into the store I was greeted in a very friendly manner by a worker named Ash, who throughout the process of my time at the store was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful by showing me around, telling me valuable knowledge about the beds around the store. In addition, he also showed myself the dreams mattress machine which allowed me to see the most compatible mattress for myself, providing excellent customer service throughout this process. Then he showed me the mattresses that were recommended in store. He also offered me hot drinks while I was browsing for beds. When finding the bed in the store, he answered many questions I had about the bed and logistics. Ash was very polite and patient while I was looking for beds and viewing the mattresses he had shown me, helping my every need. When finalising the order, I was highly satisfied as I knew that the beds that I was ordering were very good quality for a good price because of all the extensive questions I asked Ash as he answered them in great detail, therefore fulfilling my needs. I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams thanks to Ash.

We walked in not knowing what kind of mattress we wanted or needed. We walked out having purchased a mattress that was perfect for us!

This morning my 'dream' mattress was delivered; tempur! I am so delighted with it. I originally bought a different mattress when I first visited the store, but when I visited it a week later with my father, I ended up changing my mind about my original purchase. This change was due to my father and I being invited to lay on a tempur mattress in a chamber, and watch a small clip about tempur. During this experience, my father and I spoke about how comfortable the mattress was. My mind was made up, I was going to amend my order. My original order was just under £1000.00, I ended up with a new purchase costing £1814.00. During our visit we were offered a hot or cold drink, and made us feel welcome. The staff at the Slough branch were superb! Fantastic customer service! Thank you!
