excellent service from staff very helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble the staff member who seved us is morris very informative about the products

Sales Assistant was cheerful, attentive and listened to what we were looking for. Although very busy/short staffed, she noticed when to come back to us and apologised for keeping us waiting. She was very knowledgeable about the products.

We were greeted as we arrived, asked if we needed help & what we were looking for by Ash. we explained and he was helpful in providing clear information while giving us enough space to make our decision based on what we had learned, just the right balance. Having just moved to the area he stood out for helpfulness & friendliness as in other stores staff appeared to be bored, lazy & uncaring - the experience was completely different at Dreams.

I have browsed online prior walking into the shop, I was greeted by Ash, but i did not ask for assistance as I was just checking the beds i have seen online. I have returned the next day with my other half and as soon as we walked in he greeted me again, clearly remembering me from the day before. I knew what I was looking for, but needed some help choosing the mattress. He has explained the different types and we used the "Sleepmatch" to see what mattress is best for us. It was very interesting how the computer calculated your need. He was very helpful showing all the different types until we have tried all and found what we were looking for.

Ash greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, offered us drinks and made us hot chocolates. He was full of knowledge about what we wanted/needed and helped us find the best price for what we was looking for and really sold it to us.

Morris who served us is a truly amazing guy, his knowledge of the products and services he provided to us was faultless. Best shopping experience I have ever had.

Good evening. I need to say first of all, that when I entered this store, and was met with such a huge selection of beds, my heart sunk, as I was faced with my worst nightmare. I dislike shopping of any kind!! However, I needn't have worried, as Katie and Morris, made this experience a delightful one. I find it difficult to make choices, but both Katie and Morris were patient, and took the time to go through all options with me. I felt so relaxed, and I know this may sound strange, but as though they both realised that I required just that little extra time, before I would be able to make a decision. When I left the store I knew I had purchased the right mattress for me.
