Good friendly support and customer service

I was purchasing a mattress for my daughter. The assistant, Katie, was very good at finding what we wanted and trying all possible options.

We were greeted when we arrived. Offered a drink. Service was very friendly and efficient. All staff in the shop were approachable and polite. Ash and Arfan provided great customer service. Would highly recommend this Dreams branch. Oh and the bed match bed was amazing!

We were treated by Ashley on arrival he was very helpful spend a lot of time making sure we were happy with your chosen bed. Showed us different options to purchase and explained everything so we were happy before we placed the order.

Katie the sales assistant who i spoke to was very helpful and a very polite lady she understood my needs in buying the matteress, she went through the different type of springs the matteresses have, she showed me the different type of mattereses within my budget and recommended the best one. Katie managed to get me an early delivery date and offered me a complimentry coffee. overrall very satified with my 1st and only visit to a dreams .

Katie was exactly what I would be looking for in a sales person when I arrived she offered me a drink and put me on the sleep bed test. She was very friendly and kept me within my price range. Whilst I was at the Checkout she offered me some pillows very great customer service all round
