The person who served me was very polite . Very warm welcoming atmosphere was great. Sold me other items to go with my bed . Was very satisfied with her customer service and manner. Very polite person.

A great experience trying out the Tempur Beds and Mattress. Initial plans was to invest for one bed but ended up buying three for the family. Very good Customer experience and Highly Satisfied, with the Salesman who was patient and had good humour.

Katie at your Slough store is a credit to your company. She took her time with us, was knowledgeable about your products. She made our visit fun even though it was a costly visit. We have purchased several mattresses and 2 sofa beds from you over the last 15 years, even though some of products could be found cheaper elsewhere, we still come back to dreams.

Katie the Dreams employee who aided us was superb - knowledgable, patient and extremely friendly.

We visited the store 3 times and each time Ash met us and remembered the products we had previously looked at. He had great knowledge of the products and offered us alternatives based on what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful and we did not feel under pressure to buy anything like you do in some shops. Even though we were not in the market for a mattress just yet he offered us mattress testing and potential items that may be suitable once we are in a position to buy a mattress Overall we had a very positive experience with Ash and will definitely be recommending Dreams and Ash to friends and family

We found Ash extremely friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the bedroom furniture we purchased. He was extremely helpful without being too ‘pushy’. Overall we were highly satisfied with the service we received.
