The staff was really friendly, understood our needs, recommended the right mattress for us.

It was very good experiance, great product and oustanding customer service.

I was greeted by ASH as soon as I walked into the store, he was friendly and created general conversation to help understand my needs and requirements. He took the time to show me around, give me a hot drink and help me select a mattress using the selection tool. Overall I would return purely based on the customer service received from ASH. I have placed two orders and am very satisfied with his product knowledge and understanding of what I require. Its very rare to receive this style of personalised customer service, To say I am highly satisfied does not give ASH the credit he deserves.

It was easy to find a bed and mattress I was comfortable with.

When we walked in to the store, Ash welcomed us and helped us exactly what we were looking for. He explained the product details in a way we can understand. He also provided hospitality and took care of us. He made us feel a valued customer.

Ash was very attentive to our needs and requirements when purchasing the mattress. Offered us drinks and wasn't too pushy to get a sale done.

My sister and I came to Dreams a few days before after going round different bed stores and finding the staff very unhelpful and unwelcoming, dreams was are last stop. Walked into the store and was met buy a friendly guy called Ash, we was offered hot drinks which wasn't offered in the other stores. We told him what we was initially wanted with the room size we was working with. He gave us good advice, and showed us some options to think about. We came back 4 days later and was able to narrow down a choice between to two beds but we finally brought 3 beds. Lovely Guy, will be coming back with Mum to buy another bed.
