Dreams - Slough

Lawrence approached us as we entered and right away understood our requirements and took us to a few options to make our choice.

We were served by a member of staff called Ash at the slough store. Excellent customer service skills, great rapport, polite and very helpful. A quick and easy process exactly what we were looking for. It is just nice to be served with a smile and someone who is actually taking their time. What was great Ash was able to locate a similar mattress we have purchased from Dreams before which was ever so helpful!

The sleep match process seemed to work very well. There were several suited beds for us to choose from. Our Dreams colleague was excellent too. Zara was professional, friendly and not pushy at all. She gave us the options and allowed us to choose the one that suited us perfectly. Compared to our previous experience of Dreams 10 years ago this was so much better all the staff were pleasant, helpful and engaged. Very good.

Lawrence was our sales executive and he made all the difference. He was patient, kind, extremely honest and practical about helping us make a decision. We had only come into the store to have a look and ended up making all the purchases as we were supported so extremely well by Lawrence through the decision making process that we have full confidence in the purchase. We had his undivided attention and he made us his priority from the time we stepped in the store till the time we were happy customers of Dreams. It is an extremely healthy representation of Dreams as a company who have invested time and effort in having a good, confident and strong sales team. Highly Satisfied and beyond on every level with the purchase and how easy such a humongous task was made by the help of Lawrence and team.

We were not rushed with our order. We spent as much time as needed to make our choice. Lawrence and Arfan were extremely helpful.
