Great customer care by Ash in the slough store. Fantastic salesman who took time with us and gave us all the options available. Very thorough and got us to test different mattresses until we found the right one. Offered drinks as we completed purchase and very friendly.

young lady im sure her name kate. what a understanding female. being a mother my son needed use of toilet which she showed her where it was and she was so kind even though he was running round the store. its like nothing troubles her. she made my visit so relaxed. i got everything i came to purchase even with the trouble of my child. i will definitely recommend this store and the service they provide. thank you

The sales people worked well together, the product i wanted wasn't available until 14 Feb so they came up with an alternative, equally good one which could be delivered within 7 days. I was served by Katie and Ash at the Slough branch

Very polite sales man who understood my needs for comfort when choosing a bed and also made sure I tested some mattresses out to see what was comfortable before using the machine that reads what mattress is better for you.also run through customer guarantee explaining what we are entitled to if any problems occur.

Essentially I was really impressed with the ladies customer service and how helpfully and lovely she was, nothing was a problem
