Our salesman was very very impressive! Everything was done with great attention and care to our needs. He very very professional and explained everything perfectly in order to make our purchase! Coming from a fellow salesman, it was very nice to see!

Lovely assistant Zara was brilliant she spent time listening to our requirements and was very helpful She was knowledgeable about the products and gave us lots of time to make our decision She was friendly and helpful and we didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision

Ash was extremely helpful from the moment that we entered and took his time to help us both find a bed suitable to our needs and budget. We only came in to browse our options and Ash managed to find us a good deal and we left with a bed that we are looking forward to receiving.

I am really pleased with the quality of the products, as a matter of fact this is the second time I bougth mattress there, and also i was really pleased with the attention, she really took the time to understand what I want and offered the best option.

As we walked thorough the door, we had a very friendly greet by Katie, she quickly showed us the mattress we were interested in and also had extensive knowledge over which mattresses could be suitable. We then had the sleep test and she let us re-test suitable mattresses. Admin was quick. Overall very satisfied with her service A**. Thank you Katie! :)
