Lawrence who served us as highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, but also to show us and let us test a lot of mattresses to ensure we got the right one. We were not rushed and even when we said we had found the, mattress we were shown some more so we could be 100% certain. Excellent young man.

The member of staff who helped me (Zara) was outstanding, & I was astonished to hear she has only been in your employment for a month. She was very friendly & obviously very competent.

Goods were well presented & the store was light & airy. Staff were extremely helpful & very efficient. I couldn’t have had a better shopping experience due in great part to the friendly shop assistant named Zara.
