Good customer service all round. From the initial welcome from a junior assistant to the care and attention of Morris. Good rapport from his colleagues. A pleasant experience.

I have recently moved to the area and it has been a challenge finding suitable household furniture in terms of affordable quality. The assistant, Katie understood my budget and exactly what I was looking for and offered me a range of beds to choose from without trying to upsell any of your products. She was very professional throughout and had a thorough knowledge of the items within the showroom. A job well done, thank you.

Jahmal was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He also listened carefully to our needs, which resulted in his identifying a mattress that was perfect for us, which we bought. My kids really liked him too. He asked them questions and made them laugh.

The young man was extremely helpful and patient while I was to-ing and fro-ing between mattresses. and took me through the test for a mattress suitability.

Very pleasant staff who greeted you at the door, offering tea, coffee or hot chocolate before we even discussed our needs. Very personal one to one service.

The salesman who assisted us was ver help, polite and knowledgeable but what made our visit most importantly was he was not pushy. Our fear was we would go in to the store and have high pressure sales person. Thankfully this was not the case and this allowed us to look and try out the beds in our own time.

Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then the staff member who took over arranging payment and delivery was very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to the shop and the experience was a very good experience so we will certainly visit again.
