From start to finish one of the best customer service experiences I have had on the High Street. My Partner and I went in looking for a matress on a relatively tight budget, were immediately offered assistance by Melissa (slough) and declined to start with as we wanted to look around. Once we had a rough idea we talked to her, she got us to try the sleep match and reccomnded matresses similar to the sleepmatch ones (which were out of budget) to match our needs. Offered us pillows with protecters (covid) and was both incredibly attentive but not pushy whislt we tried out the matresses. She was very friendly and upbeat and genuinly cared about us taking our time to find the right matress. It made the whole experience enjoyable. Once we'd tried all the matresses we liked, she gave us time to think and we decided to order. She sat us down, offered us bottled water and was very efficient and thorough with the process. Offered us discounted pillows which we took, and the bedcover plan, which we didn't take at the time (although phoned to take it a few days later). Left the store fully satisfied we'd got a great deal and really happy with the experience, all down to Melissa's service!
