Dreams - Slough

I went into the Slough store and was served by Arfan. He greeted me with a smile on entering the store and immediately asked if he could help. He had a very friendly manner and was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for and knowledgeable in the products you stocked. I will definitely be returning to this store and recommending to others.

Zara’s customer service skills were great. She knew everything we needed to know about the product. She advised us throughout our experience and make the process seem very easy and seamless. She was also very bubbly and personable.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help me choose the right mattress that I needed. I experience lower back pain and they were able to adapt to chose the perfect choice that suited. The store was very clean and nicely presented, very happy with my purchase.

I was greeted when we arrived but in a friendly way, not being hassled to get help. I was given time to browse. When I needed help, several people were readily available. Abdul came to talk to us about what we were looking for and gave us a great overview of the options available. He was also sensitive to budget and didn't try to push the most expensive option. He even offered us hot drinks whilst we browsed. We were helped but not hassled - that makes for a great experience. When we were ready to purchase, Abdul passed us onto Zara who was so lovely, friendly and helpful. She processed everything quickly and efficiently, giving us the best options and offers available. No one minded my daughter testing out the beds. She was free to explore. I didn't feel uncomfortable about her being able to look at things and try them out. The whole place was friendly. It just felt like a pleasant morning out! It way exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended it to my next door neighbour who now plans to visit next weekend. So thank you for a pleasant, helpful, friendly and enjoyable shopping experience. See you next time we need a bed!
