Lawrence was extremely patient and efficient in his descriptions of differences in various items. He was a thoroughly professional person. Through no ones fault, I understand but I was a little disappointed about the delay in delivery of my bed only on 27 July as at present I’m sleeping on the floor.

Ash served us and he was so helpful, he gave us all the information we needed to choose the right bed, offered us a drink, let us try out the different mattresses and was so accommodating, very great customer service.

Due to the whole covid situation I was very comprehensive about coming into store but have never felt more happier that I did. Katie explained how they have prepared their selves and the store with ppe equipment. I explained my budget and what I was after and within minutes she had my order together explained when delivery would be and I couldnt have asked for someone better to have served me. First visit out to a store and have never been more satisfied. Thank you katie
